Longline is the new renovation of the famous kitchen model designed by Salvarani in 1971 and is now on display in New York’s MOMA. The renovation is made in a modern direction. The kitchen finishes range from lacquered laminate to stainless steel and black glass. Doors have profile in aluminum and there aren’t handles on them. Corian and aluminum are materials of choice for the tops. The kitchen could have built-in light in shelves which brings out the linearity of the design and the clean cut shape of the elements. Even though the kitchen could be done in different colors, black and white compositions are the best because of white tops and black mirror glass.
